Every fall my family and I make a trek down to Elkhart Indiana and go to Bonneyville Mill. This functioning stone ground flour mill has been in operation since 1830 and offers a variety of ground flour.  As an added bonus there is a beautiful dahlia garden cared for by the American Dahlia Society.  Each year new varieties are grown and tested.  This year here are some of my favorites.
